Leadership Isn’t Copy & Paste
“I’ve tried to speak like Tim, but I can’t.” “I’m not a visionary like Joel.” Too often leadership failure results from seeking to copy someone else’s style and aptitude. And while much can be learned from other’s successes and failures, the key to moving forward is leveraging the talents and proficiency in and around you.
Identify firmly believes that as you grow in awareness of your indivdiual strengths, the canvas for development and growth expands exponentially.
Through years of walking alongside up-and-coming and current leaders, we’ve seen that people often lack the ability to self-identify their innate capacities as well as the internal and external obstacles which hinder them. Identify provides an objective voice to help you clarify your targets and obstacles, then leverage your strengths to move forward.
Ultimately, we help leaders identify next steps toward meaningful progress.
